IGD can pick, pack and ship your e-commerce orders with our direct-to-consumer platform. Our WMS is integrated with UPS, FedEx and USPS systems to ensure accurate shipping information and tracking. We continuously update our tracking technology, including real-time updates and personalized communication, to make sure that your products reach their destinations without delay.
We can also interface with your website’s shopping cart to automatically download orders for picking and to verify stock status for product availability. IGD’s e-commerce fulfilment services give you the benefit of more efficient operations, reduced costs and greater accuracy in order fulfillment.
Transloading
IGD has the necessary transloading services, systems and infrastructure to handle containerized cargo safely and efficiently. Our expertise and extensive alliance network allows us to offer you cost-saving rates and highly dependable service.
With our facilities in close proximity to the ports of Seattle, and Tacoma, WA we are able to quickly off-load and prep ocean freight containers for transloading. Shipments are inventoried or immediately processed and fulfilled for delivery via Less Than Truckload (LTL), Full Truckload (FTL), or intermodal transportation, per your or the end-customer’s instructions.
We fully document the condition of your shipping and freight containers and/or goods by inspecting and photographing them at multiple stages throughout the process for full transparency with each transaction.
